Running before dawn

Everything is decided the night before: kit ready by the door, coffee on a timer, track loaded. When the alarm rings, you just dress and go. If I have to think, I go back to bed.
Running at night has a different rhythm. You see less, so you listen more. And the reward never changes: that moment when the sky lights up and the day starts for everyone, except you are already up there.
