My bikepacking list, weighed to the gram

Before every trip, I weigh everything. Not out of gram obsession, but because an overloaded bike ruins the climbs and kills the fun. Here is my real list for three self-supported days.
Sleeping
One-person tent (950 g), inflatable mat (380 g), sleeping bag comfortable to 5 degrees. It all fits in the saddle bag. I gave up on the tarp: a real tent changes your nights, for 400 g more.
Riding and fixing
Two tubes, plugs, a reliable pump, a chain tool. The rule: anything that fixes the bike must be reachable without unpacking the sleeping kit.
What the scale says
Bike included, I leave at 18.5 kg without water. That is 3 kg less than last year, and you feel it on every climb.
